Agreement
By accessing or using Moji Router ("the Service"), provided by Frequency AI Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales (Company number 16990328), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Moji Router is a cross-provider, cache-aware router for AI inference. It sits between your application and the AI providers you configure, and routes each request to where it runs for less, using model mix, fewer model switches, and cross-provider cache pricing. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued, with reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.
Eligibility
Moji Router is a service for businesses. You must be at least 16 years old and authorised to use the Service on behalf of your organisation. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:
- Keeping your authentication credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised
You must provide accurate information during registration.
Your Traffic and Content
You retain full ownership of the requests and responses that pass through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content, we do not use it to train models, and we do not sell it.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to receive, route, and forward your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including:
- Forwarding each request to the provider you have configured and returning the response
- Recording routing and billing metadata about how each request was handled
- Modelling your saving on a sample of your traffic, with your permission
This licence is limited to delivering the Service and terminates when you stop using it. Our handling of personal data within your traffic is governed by our Privacy Policy and our data processing agreement.
Providers and API Keys
You are responsible for your own accounts and credentials with the AI providers you route to, and for complying with each provider's terms. Routing through Moji Router does not change your obligations to those providers. You are responsible for the prompts and content you send and for reviewing the responses you receive before relying on them.
Pricing and Billing
Pricing is agreed with you and set out in your order. We measure your saving against your own traffic before any figure is set, and the basis for calculating the saving and the billing period are recorded in that order. Illustrative figures shown on our website are not a quote.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process unlawful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
- Use the Service to circumvent the terms, rate limits, or access controls of any AI provider
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Service
Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Where a provider is unavailable, routing behaviour follows the configuration in your order. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis via email.
Intellectual Property
The Moji Router name, logo, visual identity, and all software comprising the Service are the intellectual property of Frequency AI Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Service routes to AI providers you configure and relies on infrastructure providers to operate. Your use of those providers is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, output, or conduct of third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frequency AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any AI provider charges, downtime, or model output. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frequency AI Ltd, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including the terms of an AI provider.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Upon closure, all personal data we control is permanently removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
